Music is my aeroplane

So here it goes, what I could have seen and I would have loved seeing, had I been to this year's Galstonbury:

Kasabian
Regina Spektor
Emiliana Torrini
Lisa Hannigan
Cashier No. 9
Amadou & Mariam
Blur
Bloc Party
Ting Tings
Jason Mraz
Peter, Bjorn and John
The Prodigy
Glasvegas
The Big Pink
The Noisettes
Just Jack
Black Eyed Peas

And that's just one festival. Long list, you say? I give you another one:

Oasis
Travis
Kasabian
Glasvegas
Amy MacDonald
Gogol Bordello
Manu Chao
The Killers
Guano Apes
Yann Tiersen
Les Ogres de Barback
Patrice

The things I did get to see this year. Now you see, the first ones have split up (for now), so that might as well have been one of their last gigs, Gogol and Manu I got to see for the 2nd and 3rd time, Kasabian became (even if for a short while, to be magically replaced by Snow Patrol) my favourite thing after that gig, Guano Apes were for free, les Ogres sang beautifully for around 4 hours and the Killers came with some other bands as filler to my mind. So you do the math, coz I think we're on the right track here.
